Wales Real Food & Farming Conference

The 2nd annual Wales Real Food and Farming Conference will take place from the 16th to the 19th November 2020 over Zoom.  If you are interested in good, healthy food for all, or farming that respects nature and produces food of a high standard at the same time, or any other aspect of food a farming, this is the place for you!

Our keynote speakers include Jane Davidson, architect of the Well-being of Future Generations Act; Prof Davy McCracken of the Scottish Rural College (SRUC), who is an expert in High Nature Value Farming; John Davies, President of NFU Cymru; Ffion Storer Jones of the Rural Youth Project; and food historian and author, Carwyn Graves.

Topics already confirmed include: zero carbon targets for farming, Welsh branding, expanding horticulture, seed saving, developing a food curriculum for schools and lifelong learning, and a food strategy for Wales.
